No one wants to go through this…
…”fighting” to save your child.
…allowing a judge to decide.
…dealing with a high-conflict ex.
We always hope that both parents can get along for the sake of the child. Think about what is best and do those things. But when that doesn’t happen, then what do you do?
That’s when you start collecting documentation to prepare yourself for the child custody hearings. You are the best parent that you can be while doing what’s best for your child.
I was a homeschool mom. I hadn’t worked outside of the home since before my youngest child was conceived. Then I was served with divorce papers. He was asking for full custody and was requesting I pay him child support to raise our child. What?
I was floored! Literally!
Was he seriously going to take my child from me and expect me to pay him to hire a babysitter? Were a judge and the lawyers going to allow this to happen? I was frightened. I had heard of other mothers losing their children to their abusive ex-husband, and I thought I was next.
I knew that I was a good mother and with enough evidence, I could prove that I was what was best for my child. So I started documenting everything, keeping records of all interaction, and was preparing myself to fight for what was best for the child.
I believe you can be well prepared to go to court, present the needed paperwork, and stand up for what is right and fair… with confidence knowing you have everything you need right in front of you!
This child custody tool kit was created out of the need to document information for any further custody hearings. I’ve been to those hearings so many times I know what they’re looking for. Most courts want to see the truth about the situation to make the best decision for the child. Your job as the parent is to supply all that information. With this tool kit you can create your custody binder and have everything ready to go in court to prove your case.
You cannot be too prepared or too organized for your custody hearing!
With this toolkit, you should be able to keep all needed documentation so that you are prepared and confident before and during a custody dispute. You will be able to keep better track of custody agreements, visitation, court dates, summer schedules, and so much more!
