Ultimate Divorce Preparation Toolkit *Bundle*

$95.00 $55.00

So many papers and no way to keep them organized! How am I going to be confident and prepared to speak with a lawyer or for the next meeting or face a custody hearing? Am I collecting and keeping the right information? Will I have it all handy for court? These are the questions, and more, many ask when facing a divorce. So much to think about and so little time!

When I was going to court for a hearing, I knew a simple two pocket folder would not be enough to hold all the papers, keep me organized, and prepare me for that hearing. I was scared and felt very alone! That’s when I created my divorce, custody, and (single) mom binder.

What I found amazed me… I was confident in court, had what I needed handy when asked, and actually walked away from that hearing feeling like I won (if anyone actually wins in family court) even though I compromised in the end. I had all the documentation ready when lies were told. It wasn’t my word against his because I had it all documented and ready to share. And lawyers and the court officials were very impressed by my binder!

Before creating the divorce survival tool kit, I met with the head lawyer of his own law practice who has been handling family law and divorce cases for over 13 years. I sat down with him for over an hour discussing what women should bring with them to their first appointment and what would the best way to handle a divorce case – of course, he said having all the needed paperwork and a binder for each hearing is such a tremendous help. All that needed information is included in this tool kit! You are saving yourself time and money by purchasing this tool kit bundle! Less you’re paying your lawyer to tell you what to collect and how to get it organized for him or her.

You can’t be too organized or too prepared for this divorce survival journey!

This *bundle* is all the digital kits (PDF downloadable and printable pages) including every page needed to create your own Divorce Survival, Child Custody, and/or (Single) Mom Binder – a resourceful tool for surviving and thriving during and after divorce.

No more disorganization and lack of preparation… now you have a Binder  (or three) to help you at lawyer’s meetings, during court hearings, and so much more!

**BEST DEAL BUNDLE** Save time and money by purchasing all THREE toolkits as a bundle!

Worth over $350 + peace of mind!!

FAQs

Create a divorced mom binder all the way through divorce, child custody, and after as a single mom. All the printables you need to survive divorce. via @msjengrice

Is this a physical product or a download?

This is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped to your home address. After purchase, you get immediate access to the PDF file to download and print at home. No waiting, start getting prepared and organized (and create a divorce binder*) within minutes.

*You can use a standard-sized 3-ring binder to create your own Divorce Binder.

How do I print this tool kit?

You can either print from home, on any laser (black and white) or inkjet color printer or you can send it to an office supply store, like OfficeMax or Staples (they can even bind the pages for you if you’d like – most of this can be done online through their website). If you don’t want to print every page (especially page 1 and 2) of this toolkit, you can change the “Pages: All” to “Pages: From __ to __” in your printer settings.

What type of paper do I need?

Any standard 8 1/2 in. by 11 in. white printer paper will work or you can print on a little heavier grade like Hammermill 24lb paper.

What if I have trouble downloading or finding my toolkit after purchase?

No problem! Just reply to your receipt email and I’ll make sure you get your PDF product file.

Does this toolkit include legal advice?

No. This toolkit is to prepare you for seeking legal advice and help you to stay organized, with all of the paperwork required (court papers, etc.) to get through a divorce. The included sheets help you to do that. You can also create a binder to hold all of that required paperwork.

*The sheets do not replace legal counsel. Furthermore, Jen Grice does not give legal advice. Please contact a lawyer in your area for specific legal counsel.

Will this toolkit benefit women in other countries?

I believe so. The goal of this printable packet it to help anyone (with access to a printer and can read this – in English), anywhere to be organized, prepared, and feel confident in themselves (while working with a lawyer/attorney). These sheets are preparational tools and helpful tips with lots of blank space to write in your own needs, so it won’t matter what country you’re in.

*If you do find an issue, or have an idea about how to make a sheet apply to you, you can respond to your receipt email and let me know. I will gladly supply you an updated copy if I make a needed change.

Why are these printables not free?

With so many free printables on blogs today, you may wonder why I would charge for this digital toolkit. The first reason is, I invested a lot of time into this project. I consulted with a “big city” (not a small town) attorney to make sure I didn’t miss anything. (I really want this to be useful.) I then took my time to create all of the pages on a graphics software program, which I had to pay for. I’ve asked reviewers to make sure these are well made and would benefit anyone going through a divorce.

The second reason is, most of us have a ton of free printables on our computer that we don’t use. Why? Because we didn’t invest anything in them. Maybe you gave your email address but beyond that, it didn’t cost you anything. If you invest in something, especially a tool that can help you, there is a bigger chance that you’ll actually use it. And I really hope that you do!

If you’d prefer free printables, you may sign up for my emails and I’ll send you a link to my FREE Encouraging Printables Library.

Why can’t I use PayPal to pay at checkout?

I was having a lot of issues with customers not receiving their immediate digital downloads after checkout. That and PayPal was holding and returning customer’s money after someone purchased a product. This ministry cannot survive giving out free products plus paying PayPal fees on top of that. Always check your “Spam” folder for payment receipts as well as links to product downloads.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because the nature of this small business and the fact that this is a digital product – once you purchase you receive your download – there are no returns or refunds. If you can’t find your digital download, email Jen and we’ll make sure you receive what you’ve purchased.

    Vicky –

I have to give a huge shout out to Jen for creating this tool kit! It is amazing and so helpful. I am 3 years post-divorce, so you would think I don’t need this. However, due to my ex’s issues, we have had to go to court again over child support and placement, so having these kits to help create a binder has been a LIFESAVER! All my documents – organized. Visitation and any issues surrounding that – documented and filed. Any payments received – registered and filed. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jen! I appreciate all that you do. I must say, it also looks very professional to have everything neatly organized and filed so that when I go talk to my lawyer or need to present documentation in court, I am seen as a mom who takes this seriously (instead of a mom who has to waste time trying to find documents in a very unorganized bag or folder). If you are considering this bundle, you won’t be disappointed.

    Dawn (verified purchaser) –

Hope this shows as many stars that are in the sky Jen! ✨✨For those of you reading this, I will share only what I can. I have been legally separated for years. My STBEx (hopefully this year) literally threw the Separation papers at me while our children were young. Yes, it was a big surprise he had planned he said for 3 years. I am a woman of Faith, Churchgoer and I was more active serving in the Church until I had to stop giving all my “free time” both to the schools and serving so much while working more than a full-time job taking care of the house and now teenagers without help from any family or real friends since I did not make time for myself. I did attend Divorecare years ago that helped back then but I needed more. I finally found help with JenGrice.com! I didn’t get this kinda of help from my Therapist (who is awesome) or my Church (that I do love). I purchased the bundle and Jen’s new book, and they are very inexpensive and very much worth more than the price! ?I have printed all the documents and I love the color; it’s my new “Dawn” color!? (Sea foam blue) and I purchased plastic totes with matching lids and picture frames for the self care printables to match the color of the butterfly!? I have printed out everything and put them in protective sleeves into my binders and tabs. I’ve been following along on YouTube as well. I have PTSD and my coping skills for my ADHD are not working very well for me these days so I needed these printables more than anybody can imagine to help me organize! I look at the Scriptures, The Self-Care List and the verse cards almost every day! I know all these wonderful printables and words of wisdom blogs are going to help me and my children, and for that I appreciate all that you do for us! I am working on being an “emotionally strong woman” of faith! I am a “work in progress”????❤️ . I now understand the scriptures better and can follow along at Church and at Women’s conferences better as well! Bless You Jen!?❤️?
